AI client integration
Connect ChatGPT or Claude
Give an authenticated AI client access to the same workspace data and management operations available in AIFlowDeck. Each connection acts as the signed-in user and can only use the tools exposed below.
ChatGPT and Claude require a reachable HTTPS endpoint. Localhost is only suitable for local testing; publish through your domain or a secure MCP tunnel for remote clients.

Connect with ChatGPT
Custom MCP app- Make this server reachable at a trusted HTTPS domain. Set
PUBLIC_URL=https://your-domain.examplein.env, then restart the stack. - In ChatGPT web, enable Developer mode from Settings → Apps → Advanced Settings, or create through Workspace Settings → Apps → Create if you are an admin.
- Create a custom app named AIFlowDeck. Paste the endpoint shown above, choose OAuth, and select Scan tools.
- Sign in with your AIFlowDeck username and password when its authorization page opens, review the discovered read/write actions, then create or publish the app.
- In a chat, attach AIFlowDeck using + → More or mention the app with @, then ask it to fetch or manage workspace data.
Connect with Claude
Remote connector- Make this server reachable at a trusted HTTPS domain and configure
PUBLIC_URLas described on the left. - In Claude or Claude Desktop, open Settings → Connectors. Team and Enterprise owners should first select Organization connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector, name it AIFlowDeck, paste the endpoint shown above, and click Add.
- Click Connect, complete the AIFlowDeck OAuth login, and review the tools being enabled.
- From a chat, open Search and tools, enable AIFlowDeck and only the actions needed for that conversation.
Security: only connect clients and domains you trust. OAuth maps every MCP session to an AIFlowDeck account, but that account can invoke powerful write tools. Review tool approvals, avoid “always allow” for destructive imports, and use a dedicated least-privilege account when appropriate. ChatGPT full write/modify MCP support depends on plan and workspace controls.
